The Alabama Real Estate market is very active and new agents are needed to meet the demands of Home Buyers and Sellers. Your first step on this exciting journey is securing your Alabama Real Estate License. This is where Orion School of Real Estate excels, our graduates are fully prepared to take and pass the Alabama Real Estate Exam.  We go the EXTRA MILE with our students by including in the 60 hour Pre-license course a “Exam Prep” class at NO Charge, also we allow our students to retake the 60 hour course at NO Charge if needed.  Please Google “AREC exam pass rate” for all Real Estate school’s passing rate.

All in-person classes are led by Tom Carter, Certified Instructor with the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Tom is very knowledgeable of the Real Estate business and is an active real estate agent working with buyers and sellers on a daily basis. This gives Tom added tools and insight to insure your success as a real estate agent.  Orion School of Real Estate is a Veteran owned Business.

NOTICE:   START Your Real Estate Journey by Enrolling today.  Our in-person morning classes start Tuesday Sept 15th, 9AM -12:30PM,  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays and graduates Oct29th.   In-Person Night classes are currently in session and we will start new night classes in January 2027.  Forming new Classes now. In Person 30 Hour Post License Course is Scheduled for four days in October, 15th, 16th, 22nd and 23rd.  Classes run from 8:30AM to 5 PM with a one hour lunch break.   Students must attend all 4 days to receive credit for the course.  This is a very exciting course with expert guest instructors/speakers. Cost $185.

Snacks are provided each day for post license students.
