The Alabama Real Estate market is very active and new agents are needed to meet the demands of Home Buyers and Sellers. Your first step on this exciting journey is securing your Alabama Real Estate License. All in-person classes are led by Tom Carter, Certified Instructor with the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Tom is very knowledgeable of the Real Estate business and is an active real estate agent working with buyers and sellers on a daily basis. This gives Tom added tools and Insight to insure your success as a real estate agent.
NOTICE: START Your Real Estate Journey by Enrolling in Our Pre-License Course; In-Person Day Classes Starts August 20th 9 AM to 12:30 PM T,W,T and ends September 26th. In-Person Night classes start August 20th, 6PM – 9:30PM on Tuesdays & Thursdays and ends October 22nd. We will observe Fall Break the week of September 30 – October 4th. In Person 30 Hour Post License Course starts August 1, 8, 22,& 29th, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Students must attend all 4 days to receive credit for the course. This is a very exciting course with expert guest instructors/speakers.
Lunch and snacks are provided each day for post license students.
Our School Also offers these courses ON-LINE : Pre-License, Post License, Reciprocal License, Brokers Pre-License, Pre-License Exam Prep, and Continuing Education (CE)
