How hard is the Alabama real estate exam?

The exam is challenging but highly passable with proper preparation. It consists of two portions: a national real estate section and an Alabama-specific law section. You have 3.5 hours to complete the exam and must score at least 70% on both sections to pass.

How do I get a real estate license in Alabama

  1. Age: You must be 19 years old to get your license.
  2. Education: Hold a high school diploma or GED
  3. Coursework: Complete 60 hours of approved pre-licennse education
  4. Exam: Pass the Alabama State licensing exam with a score of 70% or higher.
  5. Background: submit fingerprints and pass a criminal background check.
